Role OverviewWe are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a Physical Therapist, you will examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. You will assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include administering skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching the family and other members of the health care team, and performing services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care.
