Role OverviewWe are seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our Home Health department, covering patients in Pueblo and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work 4-10 hour shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and must have a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. The Physical Therapist will examine and treat patients with physical impairments, administer skilled care, and teach family members and other healthcare team members.
