Role OverviewBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity performing home health visits. The PT will work with adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout the Lansdale area. The role requires making home visits, performing diagnostic tests, and implementing care plans.
What You Will Do
The Physical Therapist will make home visits, perform diagnostic tests, implement care plans, educate clients, and document observations and interventions. The PT will work independently and manage time effectively, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Requirements
- Current PA Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
