Role OverviewWoodland Grove Health and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
What You Will Do
Create, implement, and execute patient treatment plans, communicate with patients, families, and other team members, and provide timely written documentation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a current Florida License as a PT, current CPR, and at least one year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The Physical Therapist will enjoy a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff.
Requirements
- Current Florida License as a PT (Physical Therapist)
- Current CPR
- At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
