Role OverviewHealthPro Heritage is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at White Oak Manor in Burlington, NC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' physical conditions, provide therapeutic exercises, and educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery.

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
