Role OverviewPurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 6,500 clients every month. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled visits that address the full scope of a patient's needs in their home, helping them overcome real challenges and make meaningful progress in their daily life and recovery.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing, to provide quality care with manageable caseloads and less pressure.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
- 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
