What You Will Do
Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, improve mobility, strength, balance, and function, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate care with physicians and clinicians, maintain clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
