Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team in Portland. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting licensed physical therapists while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining an efficient therapy environment.
What You Will Do
Assist physical therapists during treatment sessions and therapeutic exercises, safely transport and transfer patients, prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment, and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical stamina to assist patients and handle therapy equipment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
