Job Description
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to join our Axis Spine Team! The Physical Therapist Aide will assist with patient intake, prepare equipment and treatment areas, and move mobility-challenged patients to designated locations within our facility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Aware of standards of cleaning and performs in accordance with them
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
