Role OverviewFOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home and senior living care to older adults in South Windsor, CT. The successful candidate will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment plans and help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Deliver individualized treatment plans, instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises, and document visits accurately within FOX's EMR system.

Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
