Role OverviewVNA Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to work for our Danvers team in and around Gloucester/ Rockport/ Essex/ Manchester/ Beverly. The PTA will provide therapeutic care to patients and families, focusing on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
What You Will Do
Working independently, the PTA will provide therapeutic care to patients and families in a home health setting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires an Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and licensure to practice in Massachusetts. Experience in an acute care setting or comparable work experience is preferred, as well as home health experience.
