What You Will Do
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders. Assess and document patient progress, communicate with supervising Physical Therapist, and provide consultation and counseling.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
- Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders
- Assesses and documents patient's progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
