Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA to provide physical therapy treatments to patients in their place of residence under the supervision of a physical therapist. The ideal candidate will have a valid and unrestricted professional license, a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, and a minimum of 2 years' therapy experience.

Requirements

  • Assist with the development and implementation of the plan of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician
  • Maintain current license, certification, and clinical records
  • Participate in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO)
  • Accepts responsibility to report any alleged or suspected violations
