Role OverviewA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) assists Physical Therapist in helping patients recover and rehabilitate from the effects of a serious illness, injury or medical event, regaining their own best possible level of functional ability, well-being and independence. Located in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Jacksonville, FL.
What You Will Do
Administer treatment programs for patients, assess patient health, perform therapeutic procedures, and instruct and counsel patients.
