Job Description
Physician Assistant - Float role at Summit Orthopedics, providing support in various settings and locations. Opportunity to train in different sub-specialties and transition to specific roles.

Requirements

  • Function as first or second assist in the operating room
  • Triages patient calls and evaluates patient problems
  • Conducts physical exams, taking medical history, image interpretation and patient evaluation/care
  • Orders diagnostic tests and scans and prescribes medications
  • Administer injections, participate in suture and dressing removal and manage simple fracture management/cast application and removal
