Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Clements University Hospital and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. The role features a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, with additional pay for night and weekend shifts. We are looking for a skilled provider with a background in inpatient critical care or hospitalist medicine.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a master's degree or higher Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician (ARC-PA) accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification required. Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current applicable (ACLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross Life Support certification(s) based on UT Southwestern policy for Advanced Practice Providers
