Job Description
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Inpatient APP Cardiology Service Line. The successful candidate will manage patients with advanced heart failure and have opportunities for professional development in a growing APP inpatient cardiology service line.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a master's degree or higher Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician (ARC-PA) accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current applicable Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross Life Support certification(s)
  • 13-hour shifts with weekend/holiday coverage
