Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking dedicated physician assistants and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Theoria offers flexible scheduling, supportive community, and a focus on improving patient care. Roles include short, balanced shifts with no on-call requirements, around 6-hour days, and the support of a physician/provider network.

Requirements

  • Rounding and managing clinical care at assigned SNF.
  • Prescribing medications and treatments for SNF residents.
  • Providing patient-centered, comprehensive primary care.
  • Timely documentation of patient care.
  • Timely attendance for in-person shifts.
