Role OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team, supporting our TBI outpatient program. The role will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with traumatic brain injuries.
What You Will Do
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribe medications, and make therapy and specialty referrals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and external agencies to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements
- Current (or eligibility for) license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant in the State of Minnesota
- Clinical experience in traumatic brain injury, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or neurorehabilitation
- Prior experience as an APP
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting
