What You Will Do
Obtain patient medical history, conduct physical examinations, update patient records, analyze test data, develop medical care plans, and deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics.

Requirements
- Active and valid practitioner license
- Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school program and current NCCPA certification
- Valid license, DEA, and NPI in the state of practice
