Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX. The position includes joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP, so previous injection experience is strongly preferred.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, perform joint and trigger point injections, administer PRP and other injection therapies, review imaging, labs, and medical records, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas
- Injection experience strongly preferred
- Orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or pain management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Bilingual preferred
