Role OverviewWe are seeking a Physician Assistant with first assist experience or a new candidate that recently completed PA training or a surgical residency to work in a hospital-based operating room setting under the supervision of an attending physician.
What You Will Do
First Assistant in Breast Surgery, Pre-op and Post-op surgical patients, History and Physicals on routine and emergent admissions, Perform surgical consultations, Incision and drainage of acute abscess, Suture removal, and surgical drain removal.

Requirements
- 2 years of First Assist Surgical experience or new PA with surgical training or completion of a surgical residency
- Excellent suturing technique
- Comfortable working independently performing invasive procedures ie. incision and drainage of acute abscess, suture removal, and surgical drain removal
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
