Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Division Director for our Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Division in our Department of Medicine. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and clinical skills, documented research, academic accomplishments, and show alignment with the mission and values of Hennepin Healthcare.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic direction and oversight of clinical, educational, and research activities within the Division. Promote excellence in patient care and support innovative models for improving quality and outcomes.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- BC/BE to practice as a physician in Minnesota
- Completion of an ACGME, AOA or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accredited training in Residency training program in Internal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME, AOA or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accredited training in Fellowship training program in Endocrinology
- Board certification in Endocrinology is required within 4 years of completing training
