Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years experience in medical sales, business development, physician relations, or healthcare management experience
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with executive leadership, physicians, administrative and clinical staff
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong collaboration with other departments and the ability adapt to the environment
