Role OverviewThe Physician Practice Operations Manager will oversee assigned clinical locations and key operational functions, partnering with physicians, APPs, and associates to drive operational excellence, consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting exceptional patient care.
What You Will Do
The role will be responsible for the operational management of assigned clinical location(s), performance, consistency, and continuous improvement of assigned clinical location(s) and operational functions, and establishing work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's degree (MHSA, MBA, or related health field) preferred
- 7+ years of progressive healthcare practice management experience required
- Experience managing a practice with multiple physicians and/or APPs required
- Experience in a specialty physician practice, preferred
