Job Description
IES is looking for a Physician Recruiter to identify, qualify, interview, and contract with physician and advance practice provider candidates for our partner hospitals & clients. The position is responsible for strategic recruiting and will have a recruiting emphasis on Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and/or Anesthesiologists.

  • Ability to use discretion appropriately and maintain confidentiality
  • Think strategically while focusing on tactical execution
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
  • Minimum 2 years of Physician and APP recruiting experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
