Job Description
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and staffing process from development of recruitment plan, coordination of visit and evaluation to hiring of physician. The role involves assisting with pre-employment onboarding, conducting pre-screening and qualifying of candidates, and developing a strategic talent search plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Management or related field
  • 2 years of experience in business development, health care recruitment, Human Resource Recruitment or similar role
  • Fellow of Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) certification is preferred
