Job Description
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a motivated individual with high-level recruitment experience to acquire new locum & perm physicians/providers, create and maintain relationships, and utilize recruiting channels to achieve placement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of successful Healthcare Recruiting
  • Physician & APP sourcing (recruiting) experience is highly preferred
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong phone skills (Majority of business is completed via telephone)
  • College level education or equivalent experience desired
