Job Description
Role Overview

The Pilot will transport company officials or customers by performing duties such as filing flight plans, obtaining weather data, and maintaining aircraft. The Pilot will also be responsible for maintaining the company hangar, ensuring it is clean and free of debris.

What You Will Do

The Pilot will perform preflight and in-flight tests to ensure safety, operate radio equipment, and maintain flight logs. The Pilot will also assist with coordinating flight schedules and accommodations, and submit aircraft expense receipts for timely payment processing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a current FAA pilot license and helicopter license, and be able to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Requirements

  • Current FAA pilot license and helicopter license
  • Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
