Role OverviewProvide on-site flight support for owners under the Textron ProOwnership management agreement. Crews will reside within two hours’ drive from the managed aircraft base (Sarasota, FL) and perform day-to-day flight activities, including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care.
What You Will Do
Enhance ownership experience by providing product expertise on Citation systems, avionics and flying characteristics. Act as a company liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation to ensure that the concerns of all parties are fairly represented. Perform preflight and post flight inspections to evaluate aircraft flown for mechanical and cosmetic discrepancies.

Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid US passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA First Class medical
- Airline Transport Pilot certification
- FAA Flight Instructor Certification (preferred)
- Aircraft type rating - Cessna Citation 525 series (preferred)
- 3,000 Total Logged Flying Hours (preferred)
- 1000 Hours in Turbo Prop, Turbo Fan or Turbo Jet Aircraft
- International operating experience (preferred)
- Experience in Citation products (preferred)
- Multi-crew environment experience (preferred)
- Ability to consistently comply with customer insurance requirements
- Valid driver’s license and passport (expiration dates no less than 6 months)
