What You Will Do
Handle PIP files from inception to conclusion, including pleadings, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, trial and appeal. Manage discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, taking and defending depositions, and analyzing medical records.

Requirements
- Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school
- Active law license to practice in Michigan
- 2+ years of experience handling PIP litigation
- Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law
- Experience presenting and cross-examining lay and expert witnesses
- Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
