Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and develop pipe crews on heavy civil construction projects throughout our service area. This role is responsible for planning daily work, leading crews, maintaining production, and ensuring underground utility installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
Lead a pipe crew in the installation of storm, sanitary sewer, and water utility systems. Plan daily work activities and communicate expectations clearly to crew members. Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure labor, equipment, and materials are available.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of underground utility installation experience
- Previous experience leading a pipe crew or serving as a Lead Pipelayer or Foreman preferred
- Strong understanding of trench safety, utility installation, compaction, and grade control
- Proficient in reading construction plans and operating construction lasers
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
