Job Description
Plan, lay-out and perform all types of pipe fitting and fabrication work in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive working relationships, producing high quality work, and continually seeking opportunities to share knowledge and teach others.

Requirements

  • Read and understand drawings, isometrics, P&ID's, specifications, safety and quality standards
  • Effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work
  • Maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
  • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs.
  • Use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects
  • Comply with all safety standards and procedures
