Job Description
The Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating workers engaged in various construction projects, including scheduling work to meet timetables and estimated costs. The role requires managing equipment, recruiting personnel, and executing project work plans. Additional responsibilities include training, purchasing, and ensuring a safe and quality work environment.

Requirements

  • Review contract documents and submittals to determine the nature and scope of work
  • Execute Work Plans and monitor adherence to established procedures
  • Monitor daily labor costs and production rates for accuracy and conformance with established budgets
  • Maintain all equipment assigned to crew and conduct preventive maintenance training for operator(s)
  • Conduct Toolbox and JHA Safety Meetings with employee-owners to instruct them on topics for accident prevention
