Role OverviewMcCarthy Building Companies is seeking a Pipefitter General Foreman who can take on pipefitter responsibilities as needed to join their team in the Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and capable of bouncing between plumbing and pipefitting tasks based on project demands.
What You Will Do
Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, including Heating Water, Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Lab & Medical Gases, Refrigeration, Fuel & Oil, and High & Low-Pressure Steam.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial pipefitting experience
- Prior leadership experience required (3+ years)
- Minimum 8 years’ total experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong technical skills and ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and codes
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team while ensuring project efficiency and quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid journeyman license preferred
- Experience in planning trade installations, scheduling work activities, and managing workforce productivity
