Job Description
Phillips 66 is seeking a Pipefitter for its Lake Charles Refinery in Westlake, LA. The successful candidate will work in the maintenance department, responsible for fabrication, installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of piping, tubing, and valves.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3 or more years of experience as a journeyman level Pipefitter in an oil refinery, chemical process or similar facility
  • Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
  • Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to: Lift up to 50 pounds, Climb up to 285 feet in height, Work near large, hot, high-speed machines, Work in enclosed spaces, such as tanks and silos, Work overtime, Work with petroleum products that are under high pressure and heat, Work outside in harsh weather conditions, Maintain your face daily so that a respirator/face mask can seal properly, Wear air supplied full face respirator for extended periods of time, Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment
