Job Description
Join our team as a part-time pipeline leasing professional to provide an exceptional leasing experience to current and prospective residents at our community.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience required
Leasing or sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
One to three months of related experience/training
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
Benefits
Excellent Base Pay : $20.00- $22.00 / hour
$100 New Lease Commissions
Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials - $300 every quarter
