Job Description
The Pipeline Operator I is a full-time position responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, representing the company professionally, and providing excellent customer service while performing assigned tasks. The role involves assisting with pipeline operations, maintenance, and repair, as well as submitting accurate reports and paperwork. The position requires a high school diploma, one year of gas gathering and/or facility operations experience, and specific safety certifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of gas gathering and/or facility operations experience
  • Basic knowledge of pipeline hydraulics and associated equipment
  • Basic electrical, mechanical, and computer knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, tasks, growth, and direction
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, and foster and encourage teamwork
  • Basic math skills with ability to calculate tank volumes and gas flow rates
