Job Description
The Piper Restaurant F&B Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of The Piper and Room Service outlets, ensuring Forbes Four-Star service, strong financial performance, and full compliance with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage
  • Fine-dining and bar program experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing large teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest‐engagement skills
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated dining service
  • Proven financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control
  • Highly organized with strong systems thinking, follow‐through, and process management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HOTSOS, MICROS, MYCHECK and experience with TOAST is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to excel in a fast‐paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks required of the role
  • California RBS Server ID required within 60 days of hire date
  • Must obtain food handler card within 30 days of hire date
