Job Description
The Piper Restaurant F&B Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of The Piper and Room Service outlets, ensuring Forbes Four-Star service, strong financial performance, and full compliance with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage
Fine-dining and bar program experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing large teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest‐engagement skills
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated dining service
Proven financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control
Highly organized with strong systems thinking, follow‐through, and process management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HOTSOS, MICROS, MYCHECK and experience with TOAST is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to excel in a fast‐paced, high-volume environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks required of the role
California RBS Server ID required within 60 days of hire date
Must obtain food handler card within 30 days of hire date
