Job Description
The Piping Superintendent is responsible for planning and supervising the work of subordinate foremen and craft employees in the layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and reinstatement of piping, including pipe supports and fixtures for process and utility systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in similar facility, including construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures
  • 1+ years' experience supervising craft employees
  • 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
  • Ability to supervise large groups
  • Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
