Job Description
To share the team's commitment to greet every guest, market the Total Rewards program, promote Caesars Entertainment Inc. products and services, and to provide quality support of dealer and supervisor efforts to create service which creates a great guest entertainment experience.

Requirements

  • Greet new players as they arrive and accommodate any obvious needs
  • Facilitate new Total Rewards sign-ups and ensure tracking cards are printed and delivered to the appropriate supervisor(s)
  • Help and assist co-workers toward common goals related to great guest service
  • Prints markers to allow guests with a credit line or front money to obtain chips for gaming purposes and to redeem markers
  • Prepare and complete paperwork for marker redemption to document credit/cash transactions
  • Input manual player tracking information into the computer system to insure that all information is accurate, and stored for future analysis and referral
  • Perform general maintenance of table games, changes decks, and insures gaming equipment is in proper working order
  • Handle reservations and/or other arrangements requested by guest or supervisor
  • Assist with co-supervising an assigned pit area, only under the direct guidance of a supervisor
