Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager with operations and marketing functions of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and development, and general supervision of the staff. The role requires a leader who sets the example, leads, motivates, trains, and develops people to unleash the talent within each team member.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include serving customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently, providing great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment. The Assistant Manager will also help achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service, and facility processes.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Supervisory experience in the fast-food industry preferred
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Operational understanding of POS software
