Role OverviewThe Montana Department of Corrections is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Program Specialist Supervisor. In this position, you will oversee the processes and procedures for generating and screening applications to community corrections programs, and supervise a team of up to 5 staff members.
What You Will Do
Assess program and client needs, ensure program objectives are met, work with community members and stakeholders, identify and implement improvements to programs and services, plan and oversee outreach activities, review and monitor compliance to guidelines and laws.
