We are seeking a Placement & Transition Specialist to work in the Education department at Sago Palm Re-Entry Center. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, teaching experience, and a State of Florida Educator's Certificate.

Requirements

  • Leading engaging education orientation programs for new arrivals
  • Maintaining up-to-date educational records, test scores, and progress reports for inmates
  • Collaborating in the development of personalized education and transition plans to support inmate success
  • Conducting impactful interviews and counseling sessions with inmates
