Role OverviewThe Planner 2 will work under the direction of the Planner Supervisor, acting as a project compliance and fiscal coordinator for the Facility Management Office. The role involves assisting in the preparation of legal instruments, bid tabulation, and tracking funds for construction projects and maintenance activities.
What You Will Do
The Planner 2 will assist in preparing memoranda, professional services contracts, construction contracts, and other legal instruments. They will also track funds available and expenditures for construction projects and maintenance activities using OAKS, Excel spreadsheets, and the Facility Management Access database.

Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate core program or 24 months experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 6 months training or 6 months experience in operational, mathematical, analytical, or statistical research methods
- 1 course or 3 months experience in public relations
- 1 course or 3 months experience in budgeting
- 1 course or 3 months experience in technical writing or business communication
