Job Description
Prepares and analyzes property budgets, maintains files, and reports on business conditions. Assists in analysis of statistical, financial, and economic data, and prepares operating and marketing reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends as needed
