Role OverviewThe Planning Consultant will be responsible for training new staff members, updating and maintaining the BAR Operations Manual and training materials, managing the BAR training grant, coordinating special projects, and conducting driver license administrative reviews and hearings.
What You Will Do
The Planning Consultant will collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow, and other activities relating to improvement of operational and management practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working as a Field Hearing Officer or Driver License Examiner, with a strong ability to communicate effectively, interpret Florida Statutes, and use software systems.
