Role OverviewThe Planning & Implementation Lead will lead new client implementations, lane setup, operational readiness, data governance, and performance monitoring across the NORAM region. This role offers a clear development path toward full ownership of the NORAM Planning & Implementation function.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end planning and implementation activities, including new business onboarding, lane setup, and operational readiness. Coordinate project milestones, deadlines, and action plans across Operations, Key Account Management, Pricing, Commercial, and Quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, clinical supply chain operations, planning, implementation, or project coordination
- Experience working in a regulated environment; life sciences experience is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics
- Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with KPI reporting, performance dashboards, or data-analysis tools is a plus
- Familiarity with GxP/GMP environments, IATA requirements, 49 CFR, or UN3373 is desirable
- Exposure to process mapping, process engineering, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
- Availability to coordinate virtually across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC time zones
