Job Description
Asana is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their Revenue Operations team and support the Annual Planning Process. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various business areas to drive the adoption of policies, practices, and procedures. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of the annual planning process, analyze dependencies, and promote project management best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, finance, management consulting, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and ‘managing up”
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to take on multiple hats
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Comfortable interacting with both front-line and technical teams
  • Eagerness to understand big picture processes and potential technology adoption
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
