Role OverviewThe Plant Controller will be responsible for planning and directing the accounting operations of the two entities, ensuring the financial integrity of our plant operations. They will collaborate with plant management to develop and manage the annual budget, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The Plant Controller will also prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
The Plant Controller will prepare accurate and timely financial reports, complete monthly reporting closing and MIS within monthly close timeframe, conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and analyze production costs, overhead, and operational expenses to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Requirements
